ok, been totally lax with this thing.

so I gained some weight back. about 10 pounds. this is something that a diabetic should not do. I just don’t think I care about it anymore since I started running. I feel great, but I should still take care of myself.

from now on, I will have to watch what I eat, and portions. I found this nice pasta that I love and it’s multi-grain. I’ve always loved pasta and still do. I never knew how to say no to seconds when it’s come to spaghetti because my eyes are bigger than my stomach. its all about making the right choices and portion control. I can do this.

was at the 9 -11 no mosque rally this past saturday. so many people with opposing views. it was great to see so many people there.

so i am alone with my thoughts, not sure if that is good or bad. i guess it depends on how one looks at it. lately i have been debating on whether or not to buy either a canon 18-200mm lens or a tamron 18-270mm lens. this is one of the most hardest decisions i've had to make. it is even harder than deciding whether or not i should've asked my wife to marry me all those years ago. of course, everyone has their own opinions on those 2 lens. some good and not so good. i wish that i knew which one to pick right off the bat. oh and i am now doing this entry via my droid eris. :)
