quick update

ok here we are again. in between last tuesday and this tuesday, i managed to lose about 4 pounds or so. I've been going to the gym alot more as well. I also brought a ds "game" called my weight loss coach.

  its pretty interesting and fun to say the least. it comes with a snazzy little pedometer(which i already lost the plastic endcap that came with it). it counts your steps, then you add it too the ds and it uploads your data to the game. there are also coaching tips and challenges. you can also add exercise, and what you ate for the day in there. the only thing is, there are not enough options for food intake and some more exercise options would be great too. anyhow, i'm looking forward to my sisters wedding, hopefully i can lose another pound or 2 before that...wish me luck!
